In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Your effective communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction will be crucial in representing our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently manage inquiries and resolve issues, creating a positive client experience.
• Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed comprehensively.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to better assist clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in German (both written and verbal); proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused problem-solving approach.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
