German Speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) - 100% remote

YOUR ROLE

• Act as the first point of contact for German customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking.
• Support customers via phone and e-mail communication.
• Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
• Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.

YOUR SKILLS

• Full proficiency in German and fluent English skills.
• Strong passion for service and enjoyment in assisting customers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience working with MS Office.
• Willingness to work remotely from home, available Monday to Sunday.
