German Speaking Junior Content Moderator

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in German across various platforms.

• Ensure that content complies with community guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.

• Assess the accuracy, quality, and relevance of content.

• Flag and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal standards.

• Work with the moderation team to enhance quality standards and optimize processes.

• Participate in regular training sessions and stay up to date with evolving content policies.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content moderation.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (C1 level or higher).

• Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of social media and digital content platforms.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
