Salary: €22,525 gross/year + up to €3,975 gross/year bonus

Are you passionate about digital marketing, market research, and identifying business growth opportunities? Join a fast-growing international team in Barcelona and work on an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project that helps businesses grow online.

As a German Speaking Lead Prospector, you will be part of a high-performing New Business Sales Development team focused on identifying and qualifying high-potential leads across the German market. This is a great opportunity for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in digital advertising and business development.

What you will do
Prospect and identify high-quality, policy-compliant leads for internal sales teams
Evaluate companies using online research tools and internal guidelines
Qualify businesses and verify eligibility for acquisition campaigns
Monitor market trends and industry developments within the German market
Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation with business needs and seasonal trends
Deliver lead targets based on quarterly objectives
Prepare weekly reports and performance analysis
Maintain accurate information using CRM systems and databases
Requirements
C2 level German and C1 level English
Minimum 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research within the German market
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong spreadsheet skills including pivot tables and basic automation
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities
Experience using AI tools to support research or outreach strategies
Team player with proactive and solution-focused attitude
German Market Expertise
Strong understanding of German business culture and market behaviour
Ability to identify companies with growth potential
Awareness of market trends, consumer behaviour, and digital developments
Interest in digital marketing technologies and advertising platforms
