We are hiring a dedicated and customer-centric German Speaking Onboarding & Account Manager to join a leading international company in Spain. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will support German-speaking customers through onboarding and ongoing account management. Relocation to Spain is required, and a full relocation package is included to assist with your move.
As a German Speaking Onboarding & Account Manager, you will:
Guide customers through implementation, setup and product adoption
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Ensure smooth transitions from sales to account management
Act as a trusted advisor who adds value and supports customer success
Address customer questions and issues promptly and professionally
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level — mandatory)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools
EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
