Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people understand how things work? Were looking for a German-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona and support customers working with automotive and industrial manufacturing technologies.

In this role, youll be the bridge between technical products and the people who use them. Youll speak with customers, understand their challenges, and guide them toward clear, practical solutions. No two days are the same, and youll be learning constantly while working alongside experienced technical and support teams.

Your Day-to-Day
Be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers
Listen, ask questions, and get to the heart of technical issues
Troubleshoot product- or system-related questions step by step
Explain technical topics in a way that feels clear and approachable
Document cases accurately and follow them through to resolution
Work closely with internal technical, quality, and operations teams
Escalate complex cases when deeper technical expertise is needed

What You Bring
Fluent German and strong communication skills
Good working knowledge of English for internal collaboration
Experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role
An interest in technology, engineering, or industrial products
A structured mindset and a calm approach to problem-solving
A customer-first attitude and a willingness to learn
