About the Role

This is a remote position within Spain following the initial onboarding period. During your first month, you'll complete comprehensive training at our Madrid office before transitioning to remote work.
Cold calling is at the heart of this role. You'll be expected to make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day, build your own pipeline, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
What You'll Do
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing new subscriptions.
Build and develop your own portfolio of potential customers within the German market.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels.
Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations.
Guide customers through the free trial process.
Negotiate and close subscription agreements.
Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after a successful sale.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed KPIs related to outbound activity, demos, conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
What We're Looking For
Native or bilingual German.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
1–6 years of sales experience in roles such as:
Account Executive
Business Development Representative (BDR)
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Telesales
Outbound Sales
Call Centre Sales
Previous cold-calling experience is mandatory.
Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls daily.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset.
Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable.
Must already be legally residing in Spain.
Availability to work with flexibility aligned to the US time zone when required.
Working Model
Remote from anywhere in Spain after onboarding.
First month: Full-time, on-site training in Madrid (approximately 4 weeks).
Once training is completed, you'll work remotely from anywhere in Spain.
Occasional travel to the Madrid office (approximately once per month) may be required, with travel expenses covered by the company.
Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00
Friday: 09:00–15:00
Flexibility to accommodate the US time zone during onboarding and business needs is appreciated.
Please note: No relocation package is provided. Applicants must already reside in Spain. Candidates who wish to relocate to Spain at their own expense before joining are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Uncapped monthly commissions.
Monthly commission target: €600, with accelerated performance multipliers.
Quarterly commission boosters for top performers.
Permanent employment contract.
22 days of annual leave.
Additional discretionary leave between 24–31 December.
