Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients through free trials.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers and understand their business needs.
• Handle a high volume of outbound sales activities and follow up on qualified leads.
• Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, conversions, and recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00

Requirements

• Native or fluent German
• Fluent English
• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center
• Comfortable with cold calling and working in a KPI-driven environment
• Must already reside in Spain
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
