Position Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to join a growing Customer Success & Optimization team in Barcelona.

This role is focused on managing and developing a portfolio of clients, improving account performance, and driving long-term business growth through strategic relationship management and data-driven optimization.

Your Key Objectives

• Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking business clients

• Act as the main point of contact for account strategy and performance

• Identify optimization and upselling opportunities

• Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations

• Conduct regular account reviews and business check-ins

• Monitor KPIs and ensure client retention and satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall service delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Native or fluent German (C1–C2)

• Good command of English

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and client-focused

• Eligible to work in Spain
