Your Responsibilities

• Multichannel Support: Engage with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools.
