• Deliver top-notch service while proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades.
• Collaborate with your team members to consistently meet performance targets and high customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain a helpful and empathetic tone during all interactions to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to find the best solutions.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new internal systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
