We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an exciting project supporting customers planning their visit to a world-renowned theme park.

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance with their bookings and visits to a major theme park in Paris.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer Support: Handle incoming customer enquiries in German and provide friendly, professional and efficient assistance.

• Reservations Management: Assist customers with booking enquiries, reservation details, modifications and cancellations in accordance with established procedures.

• Information & Guidance: Provide accurate information about park tickets, opening hours, attractions, shows, available services and visitor experiences.

• Visit Planning: Help customers prepare for their visit by answering questions and providing relevant information to make their experience as smooth as possible.

• Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, resolve enquiries and handle complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.

• Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

• CRM & Documentation: Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the internal systems.

• Quality & Compliance: Follow internal procedures, quality standards and data protection requirements.

Your Profile

We are looking for a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.

What we are looking for:

• German: C2 level, both written and spoken.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer Orientation: A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and find appropriate solutions efficiently.

• Digital Skills: Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and digital customer service tools.

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work according to the project's shift schedule.

Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality or a contact centre is an advantage, but candidates with the right attitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

• Permanent employment contract from the start.

• Full-time position of 39 hours per week.

• 32 calendar days of annual leave, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Working Schedule

• Working days: Monday to Saturday.

• Opening hours: 9:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

• Shift system: Two rotating shifts within the project's operating hours.

• Weekends off: Two full weekends off per month, guaranteed.
