Join our team in Barcelona and help businesses grow through smart digital advertising solutions. As a German-speaking Sales Consultant, you will support companies across the DACH region in optimizing their online marketing strategies and adopting Google Ads products.

About the Role

You will act as a trusted advisor for small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through their digital advertising journey. Working in a tech-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with high‑potential companies and contribute directly to their growth.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into active customers and expand relationships through strategic upselling.
• Manage both inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads.
• Own your client portfolio, optimize campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work toward individual sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.
• Understand customer goals and match them with the right advertising solutions.
• Develop sales strategies to maximize market potential and improve client results.
• Guide SMB clients through the sales cycle and support the launch of their first Google Ads campaigns.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Native-level German (C2) and excellent English.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in fast‑paced or high‑stakes environments.
• Strong closing skills with warm SMB leads and ability to align solutions with business goals.
• Proven ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
• Solid CRM experience and ability to optimize workflows.
• Comfortable using AI tools for insights and personalized outreach.
