German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist - Google Ads

Role Purpose: As a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll collaborate with new clients to launch their initial online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business outcomes. This role is target-driven within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to onboard and optimize PPC campaigns
• Identify and address client needs and objectives effectively
• Drive campaign spend growth, upsells, and sustainability
• Manage a high volume of client interactions via phone

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications a plus)
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales or online advertising experience
• Proven track record in meeting productivity, readiness, and customer satisfaction targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at phone pitching and proposal writing
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Analytical mindset with a client-focused approach
• Team player comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Fluent in Danish (C2 level) and proficient in English
