In this role, you will support German-speaking customers while actively contributing to reservation sales and overall customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in German with a strong focus on service quality

• Support customers with hotel reservations, inquiries, and booking-related requests

• Actively promote hotel offerings and successfully close reservations

• Provide clear, accurate information while resolving customer questions efficiently

• Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with brand standards

Candidate Profile

• Fluent German (spoken and written)

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is an advantage
