What's the project?
Our client is an international company operating in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2019, the business combines expertise in CRM, player retention, marketing, and operations with the management of its own online gaming brands.
With around 80 employees across multiple countries, the company is currently expanding its Madrid office and building new multilingual teams. The German-speaking team is one of the key growth projects for the coming months, offering the opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth.
And your role in this?
As a German-Speaking Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with players through outbound calls, building strong relationships, and driving activity on the platform.
This is a sales-focused role where communication, persuasion, and relationship-building are at the heart of your success. You'll work with existing leads and players, helping increase engagement while contributing to the growth of the German market.
More specifically, you will:
Contact players and leads through outbound calls
Encourage registrations, deposits, and platform activity
Build long-term relationships with customers
Identify opportunities to increase player engagement and retention
Work towards individual KPIs and performance targets
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines
Ok, what should you bring?
Must-have
Native-level German
Good English skills for internal communication
Previous experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, retention, or a similar commercial role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
Availability to work on-site in Madrid
Nice-to-have
Experience in iGaming, betting, online gaming, or entertainment
Retention, VIP, or account management experience
Experience in international and fast-paced environments

What’s on offer:
Salary of up to €30,000 gross per year
Monthly performance bonus of €500–€1,000 gross
Monday-to-Friday schedule
On-site role in central Madrid
