Your Responsibilities

• Onboard new business clients and help them achieve their growth objectives.
• Build long-term relationships by acting as a trusted business advisor.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities and account expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and maximize customer success.
• Manage a portfolio of business accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve clients' digital marketing performance.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German
• High level of English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is an advantage
• Familiarity with the German market and business culture is a plus
