Descripción del trabajo - Global Accounts Associate


Getnet Global Sales team is the engine that drives Multinational customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring, Gateway and PSP product across the globe. We cover full commercial value chain, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. We are 100% client oriented with international approach to large corporations, covering their needs in Spain, Portugal and LATAM in a long-term relationship. We’re looking for Sales Associate responsible for supporting relationship managers with their daily activity with internal and external customers. A competitive, high energy, motivated individual who enjoys challenges and is willing to be part of an exciting opportunity within one of the strongest global banks as part of the most interesting Fintech expansion.


 


Role description


 


As a GA Associate, you will help us in different fronts:




  • Learn our product capabilities to become and expert.




  • Help senior sales rep with customer pitch and deal execution




  • Help Junior understand sales cycle and product pitching.




  • As associate you will have direct responsibility over a portfolio of small clients at the right time.




  • Active member in pipeline calls, sales force CRM, pitchs and reporting.




  • Discuss and brainstorm ideas for new initiatives, define their scope, and lead commercial negotiations with clients in close alignment with cross-functional teams,




  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Product, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams on the conceptualization, development, implementation, and go-to-market strategy of clients.




 


What are we looking for.


 




  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, Cash Management with Corporates (payments experience strong plus)




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance.




  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.




  • Availability to travel




  • Proficiency on Sales Force, Excel and Power Point is a plus




  • A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment




  • High English and Spanish level is a must. Portuguese or French are welcome




  • Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and timing.
