Pay Range:

Vibrantz is committed to maintaining pay transparency in accordance with applicable laws and best practices. Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

·         Definir la estrategia global de la categoría alineada con los objetivos corporativos y las necesidades de negocio.

·         Analizar el mercado y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de ahorro, innovación y mitigación de riesgos.

·         Gestionar el ciclo completo de compras: sourcing, negociación, contratos y seguimiento de desempeño.

·         Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas con proveedores globales, asegurando cumplimiento de KPIs y acuerdos.

·         Colaborar con stakeholders internos (finanzas, operaciones, calidad, sostenibilidad) para garantizar la alineación.

·         Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y proyectos de transformación digital en la función de compras.
