Global Creative Specialist

Verisure is looking for a Global Creative Specialist to join our Group Communications team in Madrid.

Reporting to the Senior Global Digital Communications Manager, you will help shape how we communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders across our markets.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with execution. From developing concepts to producing videos, visual assets, and campaign materials, you'll contribute to projects that reach audiences across our international markets. Working alongside colleagues in Communications, Marketing, and Brand, you'll help bring ideas to life across a range of channels and formats.

What you'll do

You'll help create clear, engaging communications that reflect our brand and connect with audiences across social media, blogs, internal channels, and other platforms.

Working with colleagues across Internal, External, and Digital Communications, as well as Marketing and Brand, you'll develop content and creative assets that support business priorities and strengthen engagement with both internal and external audiences.

From concept development through to production and delivery, you'll contribute to a wide range of projects, including campaigns, videos, photography, digital content, and visual communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of content, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
• Create visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Edit and produce video content for a variety of channels and audiences.
• Support and conduct video productions.
• Plan and execute photoshoots, including photo editing and retouching.
• Develop video concepts, scripts, and storylines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative, marketing, or communications role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and audiovisual production.
• Experience in photography, graphic design, and AI-generated visual content.
• Experience developing and delivering creative campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
