As the Global Finance Transformation Migration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial migration initiatives within Unilabs. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global finance transformation migration project, ensuring successful and timely delivery of milestones
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop and implement detailed migration plans and strategies, considering potential risks and challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying issues or bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions
- Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing complex finance transformation projects, preferably on a global scale
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, systems, and tools
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage risks, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, ideally within a hospital or healthcare provider setting
