The Global Graduate programme is our accelerated 18-month international development program that combines a real job from day one with structured development through extraordinary trainings sought at strengthening your commercial acuity and leadership skills.

Programme overview:

• 18-months rotational programme.


• Fast-paced career in Marketing & Sales.


• Get a better understanding of business.


• Work on exciting and innovative strategic projects and get exposure to the Leadership team.


• Cross-functional & cross-country collaboration and project management.


• Unparalleled development opportunities through a varied training program aimed at strengthening your leadership and commercial skills.


• 2-week intense F2F training with your graduate peers from other end markets called Global Grad Academy.


• Support from coaches and mentors throughout the programme.


• Access to a global network of Graduates.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields; ready to kick-start your career.


• Have a deep interest in business management and the FMCG industry, ideally gained hands-on working experience besides your studies.


• Results-oriented and motivated by achieving results, as well as analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver with an open mind set; taking ownership in projects, and being equally motivated by working independently and in teams.


• Have excellent communication skills, well structured.


• Encourage and empower your colleagues.


• Thrive in an ambitious and international working environment that ensures a steep learning curve and personal development.


• Fluent in both Spanish and English; another language would be a plus.
