Puig is seeking a highly skilled Global Media Tracking Data Manager to join our CRM, Consumer and Media Data & Insight Team, within the Consumer & AI Accelerator Office team, supporting our portfolio of brands across all markets.


This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and consistency of media tracking and data collection across all ecosystems to support Puig’s business model, where media investments play a key role in driving brand desirability, consumer engagement and commercial performance across markets. 
In a context of accelerating digital transformation, the reliability and scalability of media data have become essential to enable data-driven decision making. As Puig continues to embed AI and advanced analytics into its operating model, robust media tracking foundations are a prerequisite to unlock high value use cases such as performance optimization, attribution, and predictive analytics. This role ensures that media data is properly captured, structured, and activated, forming a key pillar of Puig’s AI-driven transformation.

What you'll get to do

Key Responsibilities


1. Media Tracking Strategy & Implementation
Ensure robust and consistent media tracking across all digital platforms.
•    Support the definition and implementation of global media tracking standards across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels
•    Ensure proper setup and maintenance of tracking frameworks (e.g. Supermetrics, GA4, pixels, tagging plans)
•    Coordinate tracking implementation across websites, media platforms, and analytics tools
•    Validate data collection quality and ensure consistency across markets and platforms
•    Support troubleshooting and issue resolution related to tracking and data collection


2. Interface with Tech & Data Product Teams
Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
•    Translate business tracking and measurement needs into clear technical requirements
•    Work closely with Media teams on business needs
•    Work closely with Tech teams to ensure proper implementation of tracking and data flows
•    Collaborate with Data Product Managers to align tracking data with data models and data products
•    Ensure consistency between tracking setup, data ingestion (e.g. via Supermetrics), and data warehouse structures (BigQuery)
•    Monitor and follow up on implementation timelines and deliverables


3. Media Data Quality & Governance
Ensure data reliability and alignment with global standards.
•    Define and enforce data quality checks and validation processes for media data
•    Ensure consistency of naming conventions, KPIs, and tracking structures across markets
•    Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data collection and drive remediation actions


4. Support to Media Analytics & Performance Measurement
Enable accurate and actionable media analysis.
•    Support the Paid Media Data Manager in ensuring data readiness for reporting and analytics
•    Ensure tracking enables accurate measurement of campaign performance and optimization
•    Contribute to defining measurement frameworks and supporting performance analysis
•    Facilitate alignment between media tracking data and reporting tools (e.g. Looker dashboards)


5. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Support delivery of media data and tracking initiatives.
•    Coordinate tracking-related projects (that includes AI projects) across business, Tech, and external partners
•    Ensure clear documentation of tracking frameworks, requirements, and implementations
•    Support communication and alignment with global and local teams
•    Contribute to training and upskilling of markets on tracking best practices

Qualifications


Experience & Expertise
•    8+ years of experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation, or media data
•    Strong experience with tracking tools and frameworks (GA4, tagging, pixels, etc.)
•    Good understanding of media ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
•    Experience working with data ecosystems (BigQuery, data pipelines, connectors such as Supermetrics)
•    Experience in global environments with multiple stakeholders
