Global Mobility Lead Specialist

International assignees and permanent transfers case management, including the whole relocation & assignment life cycle. Execute the application of the global mobility standards in compliance with the legal framework of the involved countries and meeting the statutory compliance requirements. Be the main point of contact in global mobility situations; in close relation with business leaders, global mobility team members, local, regional and global HR Business Partners, payroll teams, transferees/assignees and external stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert in projects implying relocation of workforce. Prepare transfer proposals incl. cost projections (cost-to-company comparative), net-for-employee (comparative), legal documentation and compensation statement, reviewing international mobility aspects such as labor legislation, immigration, compensation structure, benefits, social scheme, pension plans, health coverage, income taxes, cost allocations, currency issues, etc. Present proposals to transferees / assignees. Manage global providers for tax, immigration and relocation. Ability to manage priorities and to deliver results within short deadlines; good planning and organization skills.
