The Global Reporting Center of Competency (RCOC) Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development, standardization, and maintenance of global reporting solutions within EKC Advanced Electronics Spain, S.L.U. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in our reporting processes, contributing to informed decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
* Support the design, development, and implementation of global reporting solutions using various reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
* Collaborate with various business units to gather reporting requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with global standards.
* Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities to prepare data for reporting and analysis.
* Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reported information.
* Maintain and optimize existing reporting dashboards and reports, ensuring timely delivery and accessibility.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users on reporting tools and solutions.
* Participate in the standardization of reporting processes, definitions, and KPIs across the organization.
* Identify opportunities for reporting automation and efficiency improvements.
* Document reporting processes, data models, and user guides.
* Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies in business intelligence and reporting.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
* 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.
* Proven experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView/Sense, SAP Analytics Cloud).
* Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
* Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
* Experience with SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM) is an advantage.
