Global Rewards Administrator - León or Málaga

Ebury León or Málaga Office - Work Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

As a result of phenomenal growth and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Global Rewards Administrator to join our Rewards team in our Global HR department having responsibility for day to day management of our reward strategies globally.

Overall responsibility:
● Support the implementation of a new equity administration platform and create a smooth process for managing our equity practices globally, serving as the subject matter expert
● Maintain this platform and process, ensuring data accuracy and smooth transitions of data between the platform and our HRIS system
● Ensure adherence to relevant legislation for all of our compensation and benefits packages, locally and globally
● Vendor management including enrollments, cancellations and renewal negotiations for our global benefit packages
● Monitor market trends and provide insights and recommendations on best practices
● Improve our communication and employee engagement around our global benefits

Required skills:
● At least 1-2 years in a similar role
● Proven experience of implementing (or working with) an equity administration platform and managing a smooth data transition process
● An understanding of global equity practices and relevant legislations
● Great administrative and organizational skills
● High level of English proficiency
