As our Global Treasury Manager, reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage our financial liquidity and oversee our global cash flow. In a fast-paced, international environment, you will lead the treasury function to ensure capital efficiency, manage foreign exchange risks, and maintain robust relationships with banking partners worldwide.
We seek a strategic thinker who can balance "big picture" financial planning with the meticulous execution of daily operations.
Oversee daily global cash positions, ensuring optimal funding for all business units while maximizing interest income or minimizing costs.
Develop and maintain sophisticated short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and mitigate financial risks. Design and execute hedging strategies to protect the company from currency fluctuations across our global markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for international financial institutions. Negotiate bank fees, manage credit facilities, and oversee bank account administration.
Manage intercompany loans, dividends, and capital injections, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax efficiency.
Implement and enhance Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and automate manual processes to increase department efficiency.
Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, SOX (if applicable), and international regulatory requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. A Master’s degree or certifications like CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA are highly valued.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in treasury roles, preferably within a global, fast-growing tech or consulting environment.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Excel (financial modeling) and experience with ERP systems (SAP).
Deep understanding of global payment systems and FX markets.
Soft Skills:
Analytical Mindset: You find the story behind the numbers.
Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish. You can explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Agility: You thrive in changing environments and can pivot strategies as the company scale
