- Conduct in-depth research on target market trends, user needs, and competitor strategies to inform smartphone product planning and technology roadmaps. 

- Identify consumer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements and differentiated value propositions. 

2. Competitive & Industry Analysis:

- Be able to continuously analyze the development trend and technical trend of the target market

- Synthesize market intelligence and provide strategic feedback to HQ R&D teams. 

3.    Product Experience Optimization:

- Local promotion of product certification, rapid solution of product market problems, exchange and communication of industry associations, technical assistance to solve customer complaints, local experience of products.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 

- 5+ years of experience in product support for the smartphone industry, with expertise in regional market standards, regulations, and industry practices. 

- Proven track record of collaborating with sales&marketing teams and delivering market-driven solutions. 

- Established network within regional industry associations would be a plus.
