Role Overview

As a 3D Printing Product Manager Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting and driving initiatives within the category management team. This role provides a strong foundation in product management, pricing strategy, and commercial execution, with increasing ownership and the opportunity to influence decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

Product & Sales Enablement

  • Own and continuously improve product content and documentation for sales teams and channel partners, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support complex deal configurations and contribute to price book management across EMEA.
  • Act as a point of contact for sales teams on product-related topics, providing structured and timely support.
  • Drive improvements in sales enablement tools and processes to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Pricing & Business Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth regional pricing analysis to assess market competitiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Execute and validate pricing updates in systems, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Support the development of pricing recommendations using data-driven insights.

Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Management

  • Coordinate MDF planning across EMEA resellers in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own the MDF request lifecycle: evaluate proposals, track approvals, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Monitor and report on MDF investments, analyzing ROI and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Projects

  • Collaborate with sales, category, marketing, and operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, leveraging data and automation to increase efficiency.
  • Support strategic projects related to go-to-market execution and partner programs.

Requirements

  • Recently completed (or about to complete) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple topics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Interest in technology, product management, or the 3D printing industry.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
