Introduction

Shimano Spain is looking for a creative, confident and proactive Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.
This is a newly created position, offering a great opportunity to help build and shape the graphic design function from the ground up within a dynamic and international environment. You will play a key role supporting Product Management, Press & Communication and Retail Marketing, ensuring visual excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
As Graphic Designer, you will be fully integrated into the Marketing department and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Challenge

• Design and production of online and offline marketing materials, including product launches, campaigns, catalogues, POS materials, advertising, social media assets and event materials.
• Direct relation with Europe headquarters to implement campaigns and visual identity to local activations.
• Provide day-to-day design support to Product Managers, translating product and technical information into clear, attractive and on-brand visual materials.
• Support Press & Communication with press kits, imagery, presentations and corporate materials.
• Support Retail Marketing with in-store materials, signage, displays and promotional assets.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual executions comply with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Maintain and organize product content and image databases, providing materials internally and externally when required.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all produced content complies with licensing, copyrights and usage rights.
• Contribute to the development of workflows, priorities and processes, as this role is being created from scratch.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing, brand or product-driven environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with different departments.
• Structured, detail-oriented and able to prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – someone who enjoys building things, not just executing tasks.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Passion for sport, cycling and outdoor sports.
