Your role
You'll join our commercial team and own enterprise relationships from first conversation through contract close.
THEKER sells complex robotic deployments to industrial clients. Deals are large, and buying decisions sit at the C-suite or operational director level. Cycles are long, stakeholders are senior, and the problem we solve is new enough that clients need help structuring the business case before they can say yes. This is not a transactional environment. It requires knowing how to build trust with the right people, navigate complex buying committees, and move deals forward without a playbook that already exists.
You will join a commercial team that is up and running but still building its foundations. You will work directly with the founding team, with ownership over accounts, segments, and commercial experiments from day one. The analytical rigor you bring from consulting meets a context where judgment in client interactions and speed of execution are what drive results.
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or in enterprise B2B sales of complex, high-value solutions
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and operational decision-makers in large industrial accounts
- Comfort with long sales cycles and seven-figure deals; you understand that closing a large engagement requires relationship depth and commercial structure, not call volume
- Fluency with AI tools: you use them to research accounts, prepare for meetings, build materials, and accelerate your work in a systematic way
- Exceptional communication in client situations: you can hold a serious conversation with a plant manager, a CPO, or a CFO without relying on slides to carry the argument
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site)
Nice to have
- Background in industrial automation, robotics, logistics, or manufacturing
- Experience building commercial proposals, pricing models, or ROI cases for complex solutions
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both are relevant for our client base)
- Prior experience in an early-stage company where you had to build process as you went

Main responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across industrial sectors and manage relationships from first conversation to close
- Build and qualify pipeline across target verticals: logistics, retail, manufacturing, automotive
- Lead commercial conversations with C-suite and operational decision-makers at industrial clients
- Design commercial proposals and ROI frameworks for PoC and full deployment engagements
- Develop and iterate GTM playbooks, messaging, and conversion strategies alongside the founding team
- Use AI tools systematically to research accounts, prepare meetings, and accelerate deal progress
- Coordinate with engineering and deployment teams to ensure commercial commitments are technically sound

2. Commercial case study: a take-home exercise based on a real THEKER enterprise deal scenario.
3. Conversation with the commercial and founding team.
4. Meet the rest of the team and founders at our offices.
