Head Chef - Future Projects

As a high-volume, premium restaurant, we are looking for a leader who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering excellence every single service.

What We're Looking For

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading one of the most dynamic kitchens in the industry. You will inspire your team, uphold the highest culinary standards, and ensure every guest enjoys the exceptional Zuma experience.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Extensive experience leading high-volume luxury restaurants.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine is highly desirable, but not essential.
• A genuine passion for food, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop large kitchen teams.
• Excellent organisational and operational management skills.
• A calm, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for mentoring the next generation of culinary talent.

What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, recruit, train, and develop a large and talented BOH team.
• Ensure Zuma's exceptional culinary standards are consistently delivered.
• Drive kitchen culture built on teamwork, respect, and continuous development.
• Oversee all Back of House operational and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the wider management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

In order to set you up to for success, we may require you to train in another Zuma Location
