Head of Data & Analytics

Unilabs, a leading diagnostic provider in Europe, is seeking an experienced Head of Data & Analytics - External Data to join their team. As part of the Hospital & Health Care industry, the successful candidate will help to drive our mission of providing high-quality diagnostic services to patients across the region. Unilabs is unique in offering laboratory, imaging, and pathology services within one group, making us a versatile and valuable partner to healthcare providers. As a Head of Data & Analytics - External Data, you will work with our IT and business intelligence teams, providing leadership and guidance to our external data analytics initiatives. Your work will be critical to our success in developing innovative diagnostic techniques and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for external data analytics at Unilabs
• Oversee the work of a team responsible for analyzing patient data and external data sources
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data-driven solutions to clinical and business challenges
• Supervise the collection, storage, and retrieval of data from external sources
• Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure consistent access to external data
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and best practices in data protection and privacy
• Develop and manage budgets for data analytics projects, such as Digital Twin

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as IT, computer science, or statistics
• 15+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data analytics strategies
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis tools, database management, and data visualization software
• Strong knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes
