As Head of Growth at Pleez, you will own and drive our Customer Success (CS) and SMB Sales teams, ensuring we acquire, retain, and grow our customer base at an intense pace. You’ll work side by side with our clients, optimize our revenue motions, and lead high-impact growth projects.
This role is not for the faint-hearted – we need a hardcore startup operator who thrives in high-speed execution, takes ownership, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Your core responsibilities:
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Growth, or Customer Success, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset – you act like an owner, not an employee.
✅ High execution speed – you move fast, prioritize well, and deliver results.
✅ Customer-centric approach – you understand clients' needs and know how to drive value.
✅ Resilience & adaptability – this role requires grit, resourcefulness, and a bias for action.
✅ Strong communication & leadership skills – you’ll manage teams and work closely with executives.
Bonus: Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry or marketplaces is a plus.
