Descripción del trabajo - Head of Growth (Sales & CSM Lead)

As Head of Growth at Pleez, you will own and drive our Customer Success (CS) and SMB Sales teams, ensuring we acquire, retain, and grow our customer base at an intense pace. You’ll work side by side with our clients, optimize our revenue motions, and lead high-impact growth projects.

This role is not for the faint-hearted – we need a hardcore startup operator who thrives in high-speed execution, takes ownership, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. If you love the challenge of building and scaling, this is your chance to make a real impact in the European restaurant industry.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale the CS team to maximize customer retention and expansion.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing our SMB Sales team and strategy.
  • Own high-priority growth initiatives, working directly with leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer success.
  • Build and execute playbooks, automation, and scalable processes.

We’re looking for someone with:

✅ 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Growth, or Customer Success, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset – you act like an owner, not an employee.
✅ High execution speed – you move fast, prioritize well, and deliver results.
✅ Customer-centric approach – you understand clients' needs and know how to drive value.
✅ Resilience & adaptability – this role requires grit, resourcefulness, and a bias for action.
Strong communication & leadership skills – you’ll manage teams and work closely with executives.

Bonus: Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry or marketplaces is a plus.
