What you will be doing
As the global owner of Horse Group’s transfer pricing framework, this role ensures compliant, efficient, and business-aligned intercompany pricing across the value chain, supporting financial integrity, tax risk management, and strategic business transformation.
Lead the Transfer Pricing function globally.
Define, implement, and monitor Horse Group’s global transfer pricing policies, governance frameworks, and compliance processes.
Act as a strategic business partner to support business transformations, reorganizations, supply chain changes, and new operating models.
Develop and maintain functional and value chain analyses and group benchmarks.
Define and embed internal transfer pricing controls within the Group Tax Control Framework, including escalation, decision-making, and approval mechanisms.
Draft and review intercompany agreements.
Own and maintain the Group Transfer Pricing Master File and establish efficient, repeatable global compliance processes.
Review deviations from Group transfer pricing policy, implement countermeasures, and prepare defence files.
Identify, assess, and manage global transfer pricing risks.
Define and support transfer pricing audit strategies, including APAs and MAP procedures.
Monitor global transfer pricing legislation and regulatory developments.
Identify and implement transfer pricing planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive the use of systems, data, and technology to support transfer pricing documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Master Degree in Taxation.
Extensive experience (ideally 15 years+) and proven track record in transfer pricing within complex, multinational environments.
Background across professional services (Big Four or law firm) and in-house industry roles; automotive or manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
Proven experience managing transfer pricing audits, APAs, and cross-border matters across multiple regions (Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific).
Strong technical knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international tax principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
Ability to translate complex tax and transfer pricing concepts into clear, practical business guidance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is an advantage.
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
