Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager

• 
  Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental policies,
  procedures, and management systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and client
  specific HSE requirements.
  
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all active
  projects.
  
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
  
• Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability
  initiatives.
  
• Support project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe working
  practices.
  
• Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, and performance metrics.
  
• Ensure appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures are
  established and maintained.
  

Requisitos

• Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Occupational Health &
  Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction,
  infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors.
  
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and
  environmental regulations.
  
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to influence and promote a strong safety culture across multiple
  projects.
  
• Fluent Spanish and professional -level English.
