What We’re Looking For


  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a
    Hostess or in a Front Office Role.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with Advanced Knowledge of
    Restaurant Management Software and POS Systems.

  • Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated
    properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury
    Service Standards.

  • A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy
    that Sets the Tone for a Sensational and Unforgettable Guest Experience.

  • Builds Magnetic Connections with
    Guests and Pacha Family Members alike, through Exceptional Interpersonal
    Skills.

  • Maintains an Insta-Worthy Appearance
    at All Times, Aligned with The Group’s Signature Grooming Standards.

  • Flexibility to Work a Range of
    Shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, in Line with the Dynamic Needs of The

  • Champions Creative Problem-Solving,
    Independent Decision-Making, and Boundary-Breaking Performance.

  • Is fiercely Loyal to their Team,
    Role and The Pacha Group, and is committed to working with Integrity in all

  • Impeccable Communication Skills,
    both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional
    Languages are a definite Plus.

  • Holds the Legal Right to Work in
    Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with
    Local Regulations.

  • Personally Settled on the Island
    with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.

Key
Responsibilities

 

  • Greets guests upon arrival with a Warm, Magnetic Welcome, setting
    the Tone for a Seamless and Unforgettable Pacha Journey.

  • Checks guests into the hotel smoothly and efficiently, ensuring an
    Authentic, Soulful and Mesmerising First Impression.

  • Assists guests in securing Seating Arrangements based on personal
    preferences, availability, and the distinctive Twin-Cherry vibe of each dining
    outlet.

  • Manages waitlists during Peak Times, providing accurate time
    estimates and ensuring each guest feels Seen and Cared For.

  • Handles Billing and Payments where applicable and in alignment with
    Financial Control Procedures.

  • Ensures Accurate documentation and filing of guest IDs or passports
    in adherence legal and company Compliance.

  • Collaborates with the Reservations and Front Office Teams to stay
    fully informed of daily arrivals, special requests and VIP preferences.

  • Coordinates with the Food and Beverage Team to maximise Guest
    Satisfaction, supporting seamless transitions between Lobby Reception and
    Dining Touchpoints.

  • Maintains a strong understanding of The Pacha Group’s concepts,
    menus, events and offerings, enabling confident and Intuitive Guest Guidance.

  • Anticipates guest needs and fulfils special requests with
    confidence, precision and heartfelt attention to detail.

  • Addresses inquiries and guest concerns with a Proactive,
    Professional Approach, resolving any challenges swiftly while maintaining the
    Signature Pacha Experience.

  • Demonstrates Working Knowledge of room categories, hotel
    facilities, dining destinations, shop hours, and daily activations.

  • Maintains awareness of occupancy, performance metrics, and revenue
    forecasts, contributing to the Team’s Operational Readiness.

  • Upholds an in-depth awareness of Concierge, Guest Relations,
    Loyalty Club and Business Centre offerings to assist and redirect
    appropriately.

  • Practices Open and Consistent communication, sharing important
    guest notes and team insights across shifts via the Front Office Logbook.

  • Promotes bespoke offerings and immersive experiences through
    Magnetic Upselling and Suggestive Selling Techniques, driving guest engagement
    and revenue growth.

  • Maintains professional confidentiality at all times, safeguarding
    the privacy of guests and the integrity of The Pacha Group.

  • Participates in regular Team Meetings and bespoke training sessions,
    continuously Enhancing product knowledge, cultural fluency and service
    technique.

  • Embraces a Visionary, Trailblazing Mindset, continuously Raising
    the Bar and Representing The Pacha Group’s High-Voltage Energy at every
    Touchpoint.
