As part of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, associate communications, and employee engagement initiatives.

What you'll be doing
As our HR Administrator, you will support a wide range of Human Resources activities, including:
Supporting recruitment and hiring processes from job posting to onboarding.
Coordinating interviews, reference checks, medical checks, and pre-employment documentation.
Preparing and maintaining employee files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Supporting payroll administration by coordinating employee documentation and payroll-related updates.
Managing HR databases, reports, trackers, and employee information systems.
Assisting associates and managers with HR-related questions, policies, procedures, and benefits.
Supporting employee engagement, recognition programs, and associate communications.
Coordinating training records, annual reviews, medical examinations, and compliance-related documentation.
Posting and communicating important HR information, benefits updates, internal vacancies, and company initiatives.
Supporting employee relations matters and helping create a positive workplace environment.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Spanish employment legislation.
Providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the broader leadership team.
