Core responsibilities
Coordinate schedules, trainings, meetings, and operational HR workflows with flair!
Maintain HR data, documentation, reports, and dashboards with an impressive level of accuracy!
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and recurring HR processes, ensuring a seamless experience!
Organize travel, internal events, gifts, and recognition initiatives that inspire and engage!
Ensure reliable execution of HR documentation, compliance, and audit-related processes, keeping everything on track!
Act as a key operational interface between HR, employees, and external service providers, fostering collaboration!
Additional responsibilities
Support internal communication through invitations, reminders, tracking, and documentation, keeping everyone in the loop!
Coordinate equipment, access, and logistics for employee onboarding/offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition!
Liaise with vendors and service providers and support contract coordination, building strong relationships!
Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and operational efficiency initiatives that make a difference!
