In addition, Recurrent Energy’s services business has 6 GW of projects under operations and maintenance contracts, either operational or contracted projects.

Position summary:

This position will work closely with the Senior Manager of Global Training & Development and global HR leaders to manage full content life cycle by developing and producing materials and web-based solutions that translate HR strategy and vision into compelling, effective, and measurable communications strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME) in Human Resources to manage full content life cycle to support strategic global HR programs/initiatives. From ideation to creation, editing, approval, publishing, and delivery.
  • Develop and execute content campaigns across different platforms and channels in support of HR-related programs to raise awareness, educate, and/or inspire action/participation for employees by applying a cohesive storytelling.
  • Develop various types of on-brand creative content including logos, graphics design, video editing… to shape the visual aspects of the intranet page and HR communications.
  • Design and deploy the HR editorial and content strategy for proactive sharing (i.e.: HR news and updates). Own company intranet updating, aiming for the right placement of contents to make them easier to use and interactive.
  • Content performance tracking and analysis. Use the insights to optimize content strategies and improve audience engagement.
  • Provide communications counsel to HR SMEs for smaller/tactical communications needs.
  • Partner and collaborate with global HR and communications team on communication efforts and initiatives, as appropriate.
  • Play an integral part on a cross-functional project team in developing and executing an employer brand communications approach to drive employee engagement and support Recurrent Energy’s growth strategy.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Communications, HR, Marketing, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employee communications with emphasis in HR/employee communications, including project management, strategic client engagement and consultation, communication plan development and implementation, preferably in a global or regional environment; 5-8 years’ experience preferred.
  • Proficient with design and publishing software like WordPress, Canva, Articulate and PowToon.
  • Advanced SharePoint designer skills to create and customize sites, web pages, and workflows.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable improvement plans.
  • High execution and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, collaboratively, and cross-culturally.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills to complete all responsibilities in accordance with established deadlines.
  • English: C2 level

Work Environment:

  • Work will be performed in a standard office environment, in front of a computer monitor and will involve sitting, bending, standing, walking, typing, and reaching.
  • This position is hybrid.
