Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital.
After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ( Divested Group’).
By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company.

The role :
The HR Transformation team is part of the wider team of Alight digital HR sales and implementation professionals that deliver Alight's range of technology and outsourcing solutions.
HR Transformation consultants contribute to Alight's success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer's HR Transformation goals.
As well as delivering 'fee-earning' consultancy projects we contribute to the success of the rest of the organisation by advising customers how to prepare for and get the best from their evolving HRIS technology.
Our customers are increasingly looking to improve their ability to support their employees to do their best work through effective HR teams supported by digital HR technology.
Alight's HR Transformation is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR Transformation journeys. We help customers to achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on the digital HR technology, particularly Cloud systems available to suit their needs.
We then help facilitate a successful system implementation by aligning business processes and providing the change management advice required to meet their goals.
The responsibilities :
As an HR Transformation Senior Consultant you will build strong relationships with board level customer contacts and learn an ever more varied set of skills.
