You’ll be a visible, trusted advisor to leaders and teammates, translating business goals into practical HR solutions and championing our LEAD leadership framework to empower teams, advance results, develop connections, and lead the future.

  • Ensure training, development, and career growth initiatives align with organisational priorities.

  • Actively contribute to talent identification, succession planning, and capability building aligned with regional strategy.

III/ Labour Relations & Compliance

  • Manage local works councils.

  • Negotiate and implement changes in working conditions (departmental structure or staff allocation, working hours, transfers, etc.).

  • Coordinate, with external labour consultants, any issues related to this field.

  • Manage cases raised through the Speak Up channel with objectivity and discretion.

  • Conduct thorough investigations, including relevant interviews, and ensure appropriate follow up actions.

IV/ Compensation & Benefits

You’ll support fair and competitive rewards that attract and retain talent.

  • Partner with managers to develop compensation proposals for hires and promotions within internal guidelines.

  • Advise leaders on Bridgestone’s total rewards philosophy—supporting performance differentiation, recognition, and the retention of key talent.

V/ Other Responsibilities

You’ll support operational excellence across HR.

  • Promote the effective use of HRIS tools (SuccessFactors, GoBeyond, GoFluent, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

  • Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation meet national legal requirements, and that employees receive the right compliance training.

  • Monitor HR performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
