Being HRBP Iberia in Iberia is an exciting task! you will assist and support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department.

This are your most important tasks:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the local context -Spain & Portugal
• Facilitate effective local communication with employees
• Implement corporate policies at the local level and ensure corresponding compliance
• Manage global mobility processes
• Manage and maintain the local HRIS
• Manage and maintain the local work registration system
• Design and deliver employee development and training programs

For this position you might be open considering 35hs weekly

For this position it is essential for you to have:

Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or similar background / experience
•  4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
•  Experience in Payroll and Labour Relations are required
•  Experience in HR communication and reporting are an asset
  
  Key Competencies
•   Good communication and negotiation skills
•   Good interpersonal skills
•   Knowledge of Spanish labor law (Portuguese labor law would be a plus)
•   Resilience and emotional intelligence
•   Ability to keep good relations with workers and reporting managers
•   Fluent in Spanish and English C1, Portuguese would be a plus
