Hygiene Technician

Your Role

• We offer a Hygiene Technician position in the Monjos team. The objective is to monitor and update the cleaning plan to ensure optimal operating conditions and optimisation of performance indicators.

 
What you will do 

• Oversee compliance with cleaning and disinfection protocols in accordance with health standards and ensure that procedures comply with food safety requirements.
• Coordinate internal staff and external cleaning companies, including regular monitoring and evaluation of cleaning contractors.
• Monitoring of protocols and parameters to measure the effectiveness of cleaning
• Updating and monitoring of the application of the general cleaning plan for the plant
• Description of tasks according to the production programme and auxiliary tasks
• Control of cleaning staff
• Regular supervision and evaluation of cleaning contractors
• Communication of hygiene results and regular awareness events
• Supervision of pest control contractor
  
  

What we are looking for

• Health Science Education (Biology, Chemical...)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
• Intermediate level of English
• Ability to work in a team
• Communication skills
• Motivation
• Analytical skills
• Attention to environmental issues and especially waste segregation
