Inexperienced Integration Developer

For the Hyper Automation division within Incentro, we are looking for a motivated and eager inexperienced Integration Developer who is at the beginning of their journey in the IT world. Hyper Automation is a rapidly growing trend in the business and IT market, and we are growing just as quickly. You are not yet an expert in integrations and Hyper Automation, but you aspire to become one. You contribute to putting the Incentro team on the map and ensuring that we can deliver the best solutions for our clients.

Your career at Incentro

You begin by undergoing the necessary training to establish a strong foundation. After laying the groundwork, you quickly dive into work with one of our clients. You're not alone in this journey, as you'll be guided by an experienced colleague. You enjoy solving puzzles, and that's precisely what we do for our clients. If you have ideas for improvements, new features, or concepts, don't hold back, as initiatives from both clients and Incentro are highly valued. As an Integration Developer, you automate multiple processes that connect with various systems, a rewarding puzzle where you maintain an overview. Collaborating with your team, you brainstorm and create customized solutions. This may require quick thinking and foresight. Being independent and ambitious, you create a development plan for yourself, and Incentro provides you with all the opportunities.

The team

You'll be working in the driven Hyper Automation cell, which started three years ago and is evolving rapidly. This is done with passion and dedication, evident in both projects and the team. We are seeking individuals who dare to look beyond and aren't afraid of challenges, someone with a fresh and critical perspective. In small teams, we execute relatively short projects, making each week different. Additionally, the team collaboratively sets goals aligned with shared passion, and of course, achieving goals is celebrated!

About you

With a good sense of business and technology, you're already on the right track. We don't expect you to know everything already but rather that you're eager to learn everything. To provide more direction on what we're looking for:

• 0-2 years of work experience in software development.
• Experience in your studies, internships, or work involving programming (high-code/low-code) or modeling.
• HBO bachelor's or master's degree. An education with a focus on business and/or IT is a plus (e.g., Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, or Information Management).
• Open to new innovative ways of creating solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to learn a lot in a short period.
