ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a talented In-House Photographer to join our Madrid Creative Production team.
This role goes beyond covering events; you’ll help define how our experiences are visually told. From large-scale experiential productions to studio shoots and social-first content, you will be responsible for capturing moments that translate into powerful marketing assets.
You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and execution: shooting in fast-paced, often low-light environments, delivering high-quality imagery with speed and consistency, and collaborating closely with Creative to ensure every frame serves a purpose.
You will also have the opportunity to be part of building our internal production studio, a space to experiment, test ideas, create from scratch, and elevate our visual language without predefined limits. This is a role for someone who wants to contribute not only to execution, but to creation.
What you’ll do
- Capture high-impact photography across live experiences, activations, and studio shoots
- Shoot confidently in dynamic and low-light environments
- Create social-native, lifestyle-driven content
- Own the full workflow: from capture to edit to final delivery
- Collaborate with Creative and Production to align on visual direction and performance needs
- Contribute to the development of our internal production studio
- Occasionally travel within Europe for key productions
ABOUT YOU
You are a technically strong photographer with a distinctive visual eye.
You don’t just document events, you look for light, texture, emotion, and storytelling. You understand composition instinctively, but you also understand that in a fast-growing company, creativity must meet clarity, speed, and execution.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years of professional photography experience
- Has hands-on experience supporting photo productions end-to-end, with a solid understanding of how shoots are planned, executed, and delivered
- Has a strong portfolio showcasing event, live shows, experiential, or lifestyle work
- Is comfortable working in studio environments, with a strong understanding of controlled lighting setups, modifiers, and professional equipment
- Is confident in shooting in low-light and challenging environments
- Has solid editing skills (Lightroom, Capture One, Photoshop, Bridge)
- Understands formats, exports, and delivery standards
- Understands how photography serves marketing objectives and stays up to date with visual trends across digital and social platforms
- Has a clear understanding of file management workflows, storage systems, and collaboration with post-production teams
- Is detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment
- Is willing to travel occasionally within Europe
Nice to have:
- Basic video skills
- Experience with retouching or AI-assisted editing
- Familiarity with DAM systems or structured asset management
You care deeply about your craft. You want your work to be seen, used, and scaled. You’re excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a team and play a meaningful role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced.
