Role Overview

Autodesk Construction Cloud helps builders, owners, and designers collaborate more effectively, reduce risk, and deliver better project outcomes—from preconstruction through handover. As the construction industry rapidly adopts digital solutions, ACC is at the center of that transformation.

This is an exciting time to join the Autodesk Construction Cloud team. Our early-career sales roles are designed for candidates looking to grow their careers in technology sales while helping modernize one of the world’s largest and most impactful industries. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the growth of Autodesk Construction Cloud while building the core skills needed to develop into a successful sales professional and future business leader within Autodesk.

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions, the broader Autodesk ecosystem, competitor offerings, and construction industry trends

  • Use tools such as Salesforce.com, and other resources to support prospecting and engagement

  • Work directly with potential customers to understand their business challenges and identify how Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions can address their needs

  • Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic initiatives and pipeline development

  • Qualify opportunities and transition them to the appropriate sales representatives while learning the sales process, sales methodology, and industry landscape



Minimum Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Working understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, sales enablement systems

  • Strong listening skills and critical thinking ability

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Results-driven with a track record of successful projects or achievements

  • Team-oriented, forward-thinking, and passionate about helping drive innovation in the construction industry



Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  • Experience or familiarity with the construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries

  • Exposure to SaaS, technology, or solution-based selling environments

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
