Descripción general

Buscamos un/a profesional de Inside Sales T&I para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Ventas. En este puesto, prestarás apoyo a nuestros clientes y al equipo de Ventas durante todo el proceso de gestión de pedidos, desde la preparación y el seguimiento de ofertas estandarizadas hasta la introducción y el seguimiento de los pedidos de clientes. Asimismo, serás un punto de contacto clave para las consultas y reclamaciones de los clientes, contribuyendo a garantizar una comunicación eficaz y un seguimiento fiable durante todo el proceso.

Tu contribución al éxito de Prysmian:

• Proporcionar soporte telefónico a los clientes y al equipo de Ventas.
• Preparar y realizar el seguimiento de ofertas estandarizadas.
• Introducir y procesar los pedidos de clientes en SAP.
• Supervisar los pedidos abiertos de clientes y realizar el seguimiento de su estado.
• Gestionar las reclamaciones de los clientes y garantizar un seguimiento adecuado.
• Realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con ventas y la gestión de pedidos.
• Coordinarse con la red comercial en relación con los pedidos, coberturas y reclamaciones de clientes.
• Colaborar con el equipo de Almacén para coordinar los envíos de pedidos de clientes.
• Trabajar estrechamente con Planificación para obtener y comunicar los plazos de entrega previstos.
• Mantener informados a los clientes sobre el estado de sus pedidos y reclamaciones.

Eres la persona adecuada si cuentas con:

• Formación Profesional, Ciclo Formativo o una titulación equivalente en Administración, Administración de Empresas, Administración Comercial o un ámbito relacionado.
• Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar de atención al cliente, soporte de ventas o administración.
• Buenos conocimientos de Microsoft Office a nivel usuario, especialmente Excel.
• Se valorarán los conocimientos de SAP; estos conocimientos también pueden adquirirse en el puesto de trabajo.
• Fuerte orientación al cliente y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
• Buenas habilidades de pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.
• Un enfoque de trabajo adaptable y flexible.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y establecer relaciones profesionales basadas en la confianza.

Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales T&I professional to join our Sales team. In this role, you will support our customers and Sales team throughout the order management process, from preparing and following up on standardized quotations to entering and monitoring customer orders. You will also be a key point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, helping ensure effective communication and reliable follow-up throughout the process.

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

• Provide telephone support to customers and the Sales team.
• Prepare and follow up on standardized quotations.
• Enter and process customer orders in SAP.
• Monitor open customer orders and follow up on their status.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales and order processing.
• Coordinate with the Sales network regarding orders, coverage, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse team to coordinate customer order shipments.
• Work closely with Planning to obtain and communicate expected delivery times.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and complaints.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Vocational training or a comparable qualification in Administration, Business Administration, Commercial Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
• Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage; according to the original profile, SAP knowledge can also be acquired on the job.
• Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An adaptable and flexible approach to work.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build trusting working relationships.
