Insurance Delivery Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to work as a  Delivery Manager  and interested to be part of the GFT team. Are you interested in joining a multicultural team and working on a challenging project?

 
Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Responsible for the delivery, quality of the service, cost and client satisfaction for an internacional insurance company
• Keep up to date status of the programme: Overall status, Main Issues, Risks and associated actions and mitigation plans
• Identify and lead opportunities connecting to the rest of GFT organisation (Offerings, IDUs, etc ..)
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve service, be more efficient (better pyramid) etc …
• Identify staffing and/ or training needs an/or any people related topic and then liase with IDU Managers
• Coach and Mentor workstream leads

 
 Skills will help you to succeed: 

• Experience in IT projects delivery (Bespoke development and/or product implementation)
• Experience within Insurance (GW ideally but not must) and French market
• Experience in a complex and big programmes (multi-year, complex ecosystem, multi-cultural, Senior stakeholders with complex organisation)
• Experience In Agile practises (ideally SAFE)
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (Spanish nice to have)
• A solid networking both on client Insurance sector and IT partners is very valuable
• Availability to travel frecuently to Niort (France)
