International Junior Media Planner

A fast-growing multinational company in the audiovisual and advertising sector is looking for an International Junior Media Planner to join its team.

This is a great opportunity to start developing your career in media within a dynamic, international environment, gaining hands-on experience across Portugal and several LatAm markets. You will be exposed to different media landscapes, learn how campaigns impact business results, and progressively build your analytical and operational skills.

You will work closely with experienced teams and key clients, taking part in campaign setup, performance analysis, and day-to-day account management, while contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Tasks

• You will learn about business and media panorama of Portugal and many LatAm markets
• You will learn how to use multiples tools to understand each market, analyse customers’ profiles and habits, media consumption etc.
• You will learn how to analyse the impact of each campaign on clients’ business in different media and markets
• You will learn internal processes and operations and will be in charge of campaign set up, clients’ debriefing, negotiations and account management
• You will analyse campaign performance KPIs and deliver insightful follow-ups

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a media-related field
• Previous experience of 1-2 year in Media agencies
• Languages. You’ll need to be fluent in: Spanish, English and Portuguese is positively valued
• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel
• High familiarity working with numbers
• Ability to perform creative problem solving
• Analytical mindset with data-driven results
• High independence and self-management
• A lot of curiosity and will to learn
• The capacity to share any good or bad idea you may have
